You can't get the software. it was created by some barristers you can pay to use it but its a couple of hundred pounds per application and takes a week or so to get the report

Does anyone know how to get hold of the Credit Agreement Checker software, for unenforceable credit agreements? I've had a brief scan on google and havent really found anything :cry

I don't think there is such a thing. Anything online is just a lead form. The whole thing with unenforceable agreements in the majority of cases is that the lender no longer has a signed copy if indeed they ever did have a valid one. A monkey could check these but a bit of software could not.
