    THE MARTIN WAGNER GROUP DUBAI



    Dear Sir,

    With the global banking crisis, The Martin Wagner Group Dubai is presenlty searching for alternative ways to finance the Dubai Jamira Tower II project. Your concepts could possibly represent a solution. In order to further look into this and what you could possibly have to offer, and in order to eventually establish communication, we would like to find out if you are providing these services as a principal? We also would like to find out if it is your own money that is backing up the concepts you describe.

    Whatever, we will deal with principals only.We are unable to start negotiations with, or through brokers. If you are principal and you are willing and able to proof your offer to be of substance, and if you are able to prove earlier performance, then we are most interested to talk and meet with you personally.

    Please provide a relevant introduction and enlighten us on the above by return mail.

    Just guessing but possibly some parts of the most ostentatious (and some say distasteful) show of capitalism in the 20th. century is having to go cap in hand to try to finance projects that are stalled in mid-construction because the propery buyers are no longer looking at instant profit from off-plan purchasing.

    Sorry, I meant "wonderful display of architectural construction that will be celebrated for millenia" ;-)

    (or a very high building, perhaps?)

    Dear Sir,
    How are you?

    we have a mandate from one of leading European finance companies . and have good facility for finance projects worldwide , we can provide funds from 50 million euro to 5b euro or more with rate of 5-6% yearly .the term of fund will be 5 and 10 years .the grace period will be from 1 to 3 years with flexibility on repayments. the loan will be disbursed upon issuance of an BG MT760 ICC/500 cash backed from a prime bank anywhere in the word in less than 30 days from signing the contract.

    i would like to mention some points regarding our financier:
    our financier is one the few financiers that will pay 100% of total value of the instrument (in this case mt760 cash backed icc500/600).most of financiers will pay only 75% to 85% of the instrument. the timing for payment of the tranches is really low for example if you present an instrument worth 500m Euros they will pay it in two tranches ,the first tranche will be paid maximum 25 working days after the issuance of the bg. the grace period can be increased to 2 years. from the time the client sends the LOI and the summary of the project and the bank pre-advice letter for issuance of the BG MT 760 to us it takes less than 2 days to get the confirmation of loan from financier .tha bank of the client must be prime (100 top word banks) if not there must be cleared by euroclear.
    that is why if you will find real clients with power to present BG it is really easy to bring them to sign the contract with the above mentioned procedures.

    our commission fees is negotiable and your customer's dont pay any upfront fee. when first tranche of loan transfer to client account then will pay our commission

    I'm happy to go 50/50 with you on this project (£5 and half a tin of dulux), but I want 75% of the business.
