i want to have Affiliate Networks or CPA Networks for France or having France affiliate programs.

is it the same site or a different site ?

We do indeed have a very large network in France. Go to affili.net and select the French flag! You can view the french interface in Engligh (or German, Spainish, Ducth etc) aswell if that helps you.

The pain is that you need an account for each country unlike CJ, TD, Webgains, Zanox...

for WG you dont need an extra account just register from within your account and you are ready
for zanox i think they list all the programmes let it be from france uk us etc

In the past, i experienced a bug to submit application all the time.
