Hi All
Just for a bit of motivation, I have just had the first month of commisions and made £300 more than my dayjob. Now I just need to do it each month.. lol
I started just over 2 years ago for info, so keep at it

I've been doing affiliate marketing for 4 years but only this year on the affiliate side (i'm typically an affiliate manager)

Well when I started I didnt realise domain age was such a factor
Give a site 3-4 months before you see its true potential
I go for large sites now (over 100 pages) but everyone works differently. My latest one is 500 pages and took off very nicely
Dont be afraid to contact other companies for links, I got 8 in about 2 weeks when I first started doing it. Thats 16 a month, well enough to get a site dominating a niche within a couple of moths

The key to success is to keep going, find new niches, build more sites, and never sit back.
AM has a nasty habit of biting you in the bum ie programs close, google takes a dislike to your no.1 site all or a sudden.

Congratulations. If I can quit my day job in 2 years from AM I'll be a very happy little bunny. I only started a few weeks ago, so got a long way to go yet.
