Google Rank Checker question

Hi i have put my url and the keywords into rank checker, and my site ranks at 103 (yey! lol). However when I type the words into google, my site is between 2nd and 5th on the page (well it was in the last 48 hours anyway).

Any ideas? or just a 'glitch in the matrix' (like de javu)

The rank checker could possibly be defaulting to US. If your targetting UK Serps be sure to check the settings.
