Any one know of a free wordpress plugin for cloaking and managing affiliate links that works.

I would recommend Pretty Link from BlairWilliams.com.
Basic package is free. If you want some bulk actions, advanced features than you have to buy advanced verision.
Although bulk actions can be done in database directly if you have some knowledge of mySQL.
