Tiding up my last post - Chicken or Egg

1, Find a series of offers I'm interested in.
2, Keyword research and were possible trend research to match those offers.
3, As far as is possible check to make sure people are actually buying.
4, Set up professional standard site apply for the offer that did best in 3, n 2.

I let myself down badly on 3, with a e-commerce store I used to have, I had good product, good prices, good SEPRs but the market for those good collapsed in a smelly heap

Referring back to 1, I've seen material that claims to be written by some sort of American IM guru saying that I should look for at least $30 (or 25%) for each sale, Mmmm nice if you can get it!
Amazon UK pay out a LOT less than that so what to real affiliates work on?

I know Clickbank and Amazon and have an accounts with them but I also know that there are hundreds of programs.

What's the best way or researching or at least discovering offers? Join every program I find? Does this forum have some sort of search facility?
