Where can I advertise my affiliate program?

I'm an online estate agent looking for ways to promote our site using affiliate networks - the result of my first question was that my product is too niche for affiliate networks to promote (I am looking to pay £20 per sign up - a homeowner selling their property with us).

I already offer a small affiliate program from my site, but this isnt really aimed at the hardcore bloggers and web developers out there more of of if you know someone who wants to sell and they sign up with us you could win £20 in M&S vouchers.

So I am left pondering... If no affiliate networks want to work with me for no setup fee, where can I advertise my existing solution? any ideas?

You can submit your program to different free affiliate network sites, review sites, blog sites, forums (as suggested in prev messages). I will only request you not to spam, because that will never work.
