100 % performance based affiliate network

Hi all,

My little company has just launched a web service, and we are now looking for a 100 % performance based affiliate network, i.e. no high fixed monthly fees, but instead pay for actual conversions. Do you know of any good such network in the UK, or possibly in the US? I am completely new to the UK and international affiliate scene, so any advice would be highly appreciated.
