A decent start but it looks a bit plain at the moment... if you added some better graphics and more text about the pros of your ebook/product you'd probably get a much higher opt-in rate though.

I agree with last response, not enough info. You don't know what your getting really, also maybe a bit of animation would be good, but content is more important, the better the content the higher the rank, be sure to tell them why they will benefit and make sure they know that the answer is in the product. Good luck.
