The rate cards vary from network to network and greatly depend on the specifics of each programme, the level of service required and the sector. There's normally a set up fee, a monthly management fee and 30% override, but they don't always all apply in all cases and the override can be negotiated down. Some networks charge ad serving fees too (shock, horror), charge for enabling feed or for allowing non-stardard links.
Needless to say, the bigger the network, the bigger the fees and the bigger the merchant, the lower the fees.
