Advice for a newbie within a discount code / voucher website

Hi,
I work for a company who provide employee benefits and am starting to promote affiliate offers - but only ones where the end user also benefits through a discount code (ie we wouldn't promote someone just because of the commission level). Offers are promoted through a member only website and a weekly email.

Have had mixed success but wanted some advice / tips / links to whitepapers etc on best practice. We primarily use Awin as we find it most effective, however also have accounts with most of the major providers (CJ, Webgains etc)

• I.e how best to monitor usage / what stats are important for reporting?
• How to find / obtain the best voucher codes which can be used for affiliate use
• Any general hints / tips

I agree with Dave, Have a look at icodes, great for getting a high volume of vouchers on site.
