Hi,

If I was to run a competition what are the ways to gain exposure for it?

And if you have run a competition before, did you find it worked well?

Mine would be to gain Facebook followers / email signups.

You could try submitting to competition sites like Loquax.co.uk etc... (there are quite a few popular ones - search 'competitions' on Google)

Of course most people visiting these sites are simply looking for competitions to enter but unless your website or target audience is extremely niche it can be a way to promote your site, add to your marketing list or, as you mention, increase your FB following
