Apps affiliate Programs ?

Hi All

I am fairly new to affiliate marketing and could do with a little advice. Watching the news today it would seem that every self respecting celebrity needs an app, I quickly registered celebrityapps/co/uk and asked for an appraisal on another forum. I received an offer of £75 which I declined as I think there may be more value in developing it but that's were I run out of ideas.

I am aware that Apple have an affiliate program and I think ovi do aswell but are there any others?

Secondly is it actually possible to make money from apps if you are not developing them? Is it possible to have an app directory where people will download them or will this predominately be done on the phone meaning a celebrity app review site may be the way to go rather than a download site?

Sorry if I am not asking the right questions.

Apps can only be downloaded from the market place of the OS they are running. So reviews with affiliate links is the only way to offer the download to readers.

Not even sure if Windows Phone, Blackberry and Android have affiliate programs.
