Please can people post experiences and reasons why affiliate websites have been rejected applications from various companies in the past.

Lots of factors mate. To name a few:

sites with little to no traffic
auto blogs
poorly designed sites
sites promoting warez and so on.

Sometimes you best to have a look at your own site and think why someone would reject you. Most obvious reasons are usually if your site is quite new, not yet up and running, or just don't fit in with a companies idea of where they want to be advertised.

Hi guys I am new to the forum as well as to affiliate marketing. I am working on the fashion shopping site / complex blog and got rejected by affiliate window. I have gained that this is probably due to site not being ready yet (which being new to this I didn't know at the time). Any advice on fashion sites criteria for acceptance please? I am planning on resubmitting my application once the site is ready as AW have a few particular retailers that I'm after. Many thanks in advance!
