It depends. Do you want to pay for it? If so, PM me. If not, then you can try pearanalytics.com and Google "free seo analysis" or "free website analysis", and you'll find something. As long as you:

    a) know what the results tell you
    b) know how to amend what the results tell you
    c) understand that not all free SEO analysis tools give you a true answer
    d) stop building links until your on-page SEO is perfect

What web browser/browsers do you use?
Also, you could use some of these free analysis sites. They are not perfect, especially since the "Google panda (downgrade)" but can highlight a few key issues with your site that may affect it's performance
Website Analysis & Internet Marketing | WooRank
WebRank Stats - Domain Stats, Website Stats, Website Ranks, Pages Indexed and Backlinks Checker

It will give you a brief understanding too on what all of the various terms mean.

Here's a good resource which performs an SEO analysis on websites. It's called SEO Site Checkup. After typing in your domain name, choose to "Check All." Then get your Checkup.

It will then show you a list of things that could be fixed in terms of SEO.
