    Copy and paste the code in between :

    <head>
    code is here
    code is here etc.
    paste the code around here
    </head>

    <body>
    This is where your sites content is.
    (Don't paste the code in here)

    </body>

    Does that help?

    If I remember you can just upload an HTML file they give you instead. Why don't you do that, it needs no copying and pasting.

    You save the file they give you on your computer then upload it into your host where the website is.

    What are you using for your site? If its something like Wordpress you should be able to get a plugin to let you simply copy and paste it and your done.

    If its just a site that was hand coded you could use something like FileZilla, connect to your site and then open up your homepage and copy and paste it in like I mentioned in my other post.
