"ladies fashion" has over 1.5 million results with the top result having a PR5. How can you possibly build that into something without breaking your back and wasting hundreds in link purchases and content.

This is why so many fail at this without even trying

I would politely ask for a backlink from whoever buys the domain pointing to www / underwear / co / uk (replace the / with .) and using the anchor text "underwear"

1. platform shoes gets an average of 22,100 exact match searches a month

2. with a 40% ctr from serps and ONLY 1% conversion rate with an average commision value of just £5, you could make approx £442 a month from the serps alone.

3. There are currently 88 sponsored ads with the average cpc at £0.88 for the words "platform shoes"

Thanks Dave - it is win/win situation but with no cost or any real effort to thank me for taking the time to list these and help others out

I am using https://adwords.google.co.uk/select/KeywordToolExternal to check the traffic estimator, and as per my thread here : interesting experiment I have done with google keyword tool and some sites :) the tool is showing approx 40% of the traffic / ctr so I have used that for the base for the 40% ctr
