Hi smingle
I'm another fan of this thread too, very generous of you to spend this time helping others like this.
In light of your SEO guide I have tweeked one of my sites a small amount including the no spaces in the Meta Keywords. Interesting to see what effect it has.
Link many others, I've too many domain ideas to buy and do something with and not enough time along side a full time job.
Will keep a watch on this with interest on how peoples sites turn out.

Ok here is another one for all you eager peoplethis one is hot !!
designerglasses / org / uk
I would politely ask for a backlink from whoever buys the domain pointing to www / underwear / co / uk (replace the / with .) and using the anchor text "designer underwear"
1. designer glasses gets an average of 12,100 exact match searches a month
2. with a 40% ctr from serps and ONLY 2% conversion rate (targetted site) with an average commision value of just £6, you could make approx £580.80 a month from the serps alone.
3. There are currently 132 sponsored ads with the average cpc at £1.21 for the words "designer glasses"
Go and register it...........
Got a feeling this will be the quicket one yet !

you are all too slow guys!
I was just wondering what peoples views were on these niche sites and replicating , then the possibility of google slam dunking affiliate sites into oblivion
Say we spent a few months creating maybe...100 sites of seveal pages each. Each makes say 3 a day so get to 100k a year. Viable as i see it with work.
Are you all worried oneday google might say...bye bye and deindex the lot?
Google would need a good reason to do this, and would also have to identify all the niche sites as well.
As long as you create sites as written in the seo guide I published earlier, there is no reason for google to deindex anything, especially if it has unique content and laid out correctly
Remember google is all about the user experience and what the user wants to see. If you play ball with google and do things as they would like it done, then there is no reason for them to deindex you or anything else, as you will be providing quality content and also resources to their search engine.
Don't forget as well, with niche sites which have quite a bit of traffic, you will get the cream of traffic from yahoo as well![]()

notebooklaptops /org / uk
I would politely ask for a backlink from whoever buys the domain pointing to www / diets / co / uk (replace the / with .) and using the anchor text "diets"
1. notebook laptops gets an average of 14,800 exact match searches a month
2. with a 40% ctr from serps and ONLY 2% conversion rate (targetted site) with an average commision value of just £15, you could make approx £1776 a month from the serps alone.
3. There are currently 75 sponsored ads with the average cpc at £4.97 for the words "notebook laptops"
I deserve a special thanks for this one, especially as notebooks are massive business at the moment

Damn I would have had that one, very quick indeed, I've been building sites using this strategy for a few months but some of these names are good
