Please Help

My adwords account at midday yesterday just stoped showing my adds. All my keywords are Great. Payments are fine. Its just not show any clicks or IMP.

also my adds not showing on google. :eek:

Have you contacted Adwords support? That's where I would start.

I have the same problem - all ads are supposedly active; but no impressions, clicks, ads showing or anything...

Happened on April 1st

I am really concerned - no responses have been received to my questions.

My colleague also created a new account (prepay) and the same thing is happening...

I'm seriously concerned.

I am also having the same problem - this happened yesterday and has now happened again!
Checked balance and budgets, all fine!!

What i have noticed today is that when i search on Google for my ads using Internet Explorer, the ads are never on the first page. When i check using Firefox, my ad is in the top 2 or 3.

Very strange!!

I have seen this happen from time to time but usually clears up soon. Maybe your bids aren't high enough??

Bids are fine, if the bids were not high enough the ad wouldnt show in Firefox either, especially at positions 1-3.

Just did another quick check with 2 browsers open side by side, one IE the other Firefox, ads showing consistently in the Firefox browser and not showing at all in the IE one.

By the way, anyone else notice the 'maintenance downtime' notification for the 12th April ?, last time this happened last month lots of us got Google slapped.
