I am looking for an SEO Person or company to help me with my website in the northwest that can really help with my website

The keywords, phrases I am after (After checking on google) dont have a full bar for popularity

However I'm unsure of costs time etc etc

Think i'm about to ask the $100m question .

How much do SEO companies charge for there work.

Does it depend on what website there working with, Keywords you want etc ?

If I was quoted in the

£xxx mark is that cheap

£xxxx mark is that expensive.

or would I just be flushing money (Which I dont have to waste) down the drain.


(I know alot of people do it themselves on here, i have read alot of threads in it, and received some advice however I just dont have the technical nounce to undestand how to do it effectivly.)

You could quite easily add another x !!

Quality SEO advice is not cheap and implementation is a heck of a lot more expensive -

you would be better spending time researching 'basic SEO advice' and getting a simple website up and running - Google likes simple - and slowly implementing what you learn -

even with all the best SEO advice in the world it's not a quick fix - if it is it's probably the wrong sort - Black Hat - which is something you should steer well clear of - (unless you're a black belt SEOist and know what you're doing - and willing to take the risk that Google may jump in you from a great height :scared)

Everybody in every industry tends to charge a different amount; seo, web design, graphic design - as with everything there is no 'norm'.

£xxx mark is rather cheap - middle weight seo's tend to charge £35-£50 an hour
£xxxx mark is a low-mid way point
£xx,xxx to £xxx,xxx is your obviously expensive stuff!

At the end of the day it all comes down to what you want and how long you want it for. I know one company that charges £1000 a day.

Lots of London agencies will charge 2 or 3 times that, and a few rockstar types 10 times that.

Pricing depends on sector a lot as well - gambling terms are *going* to cost a lot, "cheese hammers" should be quite cheap

Who knows, it might be a secret cult and there are thousands of people worldwide bashing cheese! There might be more competition than you think

I've only used them once and as such it would be unfair to answer that in a balanced way. My experiences however would lead me to not be able to recommend them.

Are there any SEP persons who will actually accept a deal where they get paid once they have successfully done the work.

Therefore whe they get a decent ranking and do what they say they can do then they get paid
