strange referrer in Analytics

Noticed the following refferer in Analytics for one of my sites-

209.85.229.132

it only sent traffic between the 27 Feb - 8 March

When you put it into a browser it takes you to a version of Google, just like the normal Google page except it has "English" under the logo. Is this one of the Google data centres? If so why would it be reffering visitors?

In the last few days I've noticed that pages (from the site in question) that were previously on page one in Google are now burried on page 4 or deeper.

Anyone have any ideas what might be going on

So someone was looking at a cached version of the site and clicking some of it's links
