There are several ways, one of them is to use: rel=nofollow atribute for your affiliate links.
Another option is to let these links go trough some folder and then block it in robots.txt so google cannot index it.
Hi;
how I can prevent my site PR bleed?
I have over 60 affiliate links going out, and over 20 internal links going to pages on the index page.
thanks.

I'm a newbie what is PR bleed?
PR bleed is just a term used when your portion of PR calculation (at google) shared with other sites that you link from your site.
For example if you put your friend's blog url in your blog then if your site's PR is high it has to share it with your friend's blog.
If you put the attribute rel=nofollow at the <a> link tag then the google bots won't follow that link and your PR won't bleed everywhere.
as Sandis says... rel= nofollow is the best ways...
