Not sure what you mean here please clarify...
Google Webmaster Tools has now found 200 keywords in my site.
In order to get my designated words up that list, I'm assuming that is all picked off from the writing in my content. So to get the words I want up there, this is where the keyword dropping in my detailed text comes in.
Is that right?

Sorry, I'll be clearer.
In the Google Webmaster Tools - under "your site on the web" - then under "keywords"
It says:
"Below are the most common keywords Google found when crawling your site."
I'm sure I know the answer, but are these keywords found in the text in my site?
Gotcha
Google state that:
So in essence the answer is yes, also:Keywords
The Keywords page lists the most significant keywords Google found when crawling your site.
We recommend that you review this page regularly.
* If unexpected keywords, such as "Viagra", appear on this page, this could be a sign that your site has been hacked.
* If expected keywords are missing from this page, this could be a sign that Google wasn't able to crawl and index all the pages of your site. In this case, we recommend reviewing the crawl errors page for your site. In addition, submitting a Sitemap is an excellent way to make sure that Google knows about all the pages on your site. Also, if you have recently updated your site, we may not have crawled the new pages yet.
If you want to know how your site is found implement analytics throughout and study the data moving forward, see: Google Analytics | Official Website

I hope this helps.

Cheers Justin.
I've been looking over the analytics data for a while now, it still amazes me with some of the things it can tell me about my visitors!
I don't want to start another thread for such a small question, but can you answer this:
My site is lucky enough to rank 2nd if you search o2magic, it shows my site and the brief description. The problem I've noticed is that if you search o2 magic, i'm still second, but the description has changed. It has gone to a description I wrote about the site when I first created it, just writing to fill blanks at that stage rather than thinking about content.
Any ideas on what I should do? -should I just ride it out and see if it fixes itself? Or do I have a double page inb my sitemap? (it's prob obvious I have no idea about what I'm talking about by now!)
Google last cached your site on the 22nd August, when did you change your description?
My sense is that you will need to wait for Google to find the revisions.
Also "o2magic" is not the type of thing that anyone apart from you will really be searching for so the description is not your problem, gaining site visitors is. You have a few inbound links but if the SERPS are important to you you will need to start learning about SEO or alternatively hire someone to help you with the onsite and offsite issues that you have at present.
