Stay away from three ways, no point in getting a google slap, and reciprocals are pointless.

I am using the IBL Builder (.com) link exchange as its system allows you to grow genuine one way links. I have over 12 affiliate sites in their directory, and get 1-2 quality backlinks for each per week from it.
