    Hi All,

We are doing SEO for Nextgenmobileshop - Mobile Phones - UK Mobile Phones, Latest Mobile Phone Deals and from the first day its home page is not appearing in Google, i.e. When we search in google "nextgenmobileshop" no page of the site comes in SERP. Check - nextgenmobileshop - Google Search

If you check all the backlink twitter link comes but no nextgenmobileshop page. Pages get cashed often, we changed title tags, keywords etc but nothing changed. Can anyone please advice what we are doing wrong and how we can solve?

    Thanks in Advance.

Weird, it does look like a mild penalty being applied for that search term.

According to legend, Google has -30, -50 and -950 penalties plus possibly others. Perhaps you have over-SEOd for that term?

Can you help us to know what you mean by "According to legend, Google has -30, -50 and -950 penalties plus possibly others. Perhaps you have over-SEOd for that term?"

It means if Google doesn't like what you have done they will drop you 30, 50 etc places down the ranking. The worse your crime the more you'll drop!

Have you been spamming links, paying for them, stuffing keywords, etc, etc...

No no we dont do spamming and all. We do complete white hat SEO like directory submission, article submission, (even we don't do link exchange) etc and we have specialized team. Also we reviewed various areas using goggle web master tools but no where we can find its spamming or too much back link etc. Also we never do spamming links, paying for them, stuffing keywords etc. You can also check. If you all can give us some more detail comment with example then its more easy for us to solve.

We tried so many things but this problem sustain for last 3 months. How to solve and how to move forward. Please advice !

Thanks again for your comments and views. Appreciated !

Well, I hate to say it.. but the evidence is that Google definitely THINKS you are doing something not white hat.

Googling your domain name comes up with an astonishing 439,000 matches. If I do the same search for e2save.com then I only get 43,900 matches - one tenth of the number, and I'm sure you'll agree that e2save is a pretty well established site.

Now, some of those references to your site are clearly in link farms.. in fact, it's probably lucky for you that Google hasn't kicked you out of the index altogether.

For example, look at the page at www.advanced-intelligence.com/link.html or www.cellswapper.com/SuggestedLinks.aspx, they do link kinda spammy. Perhaps you need to investigate thoroughly EXACTLY who has been doing what for you in terms of SEO. You have been involved in link schemes in the past according the the Google cache.

So.. extract yourself from as much dodgy SEO you can, and then check out the information on how to request reinclusion of your site.

Thanks so much to help us to understand the areas you conveyed and the SEO team who are associated with this will cross check all sections and also try to fix those.

Also can i ask how to remove from this link firms. (manually check all those and remove or sent request to those sites?)

Also another question if rival of our business submit our links in those spamming sites how we can stop this ? I mean to say, let suppose Mr X wants to spoil our site so may be he/she placing site url in other sites (like spamming sites or sex sites or other to create link firms) how we can stop this?

    Thanks again for your advice.

Google claim that there is nothing a competitor should be able to do that will damage your site.. I actually don't believe them, but that's what they say.

The best plan is to pull out of any link exchange schemes that you have, check all YOUR outbound links carefully to make sure that you are not linking to "bad neighbourhoods" and finally strap some electrodes to the genitals of your SEO team until they confess to the bad things they have done.

They say there is almost nothing a competitor can do - I believe that.

Waiting for Monday to come, SEO guys made me mad
We invested so much and the SEO team (who are working) have more than so called 4 yrs+ avg experience and the way the things you all are pointing, so much disappointing. We lost our money, time and with this kind a output so disappointing.

Is there any hope to make this proper? I mean what i feel we now need to work from reverse direction ( detection of odd back-links, removing back-links etc) and then resubmit properly as per norms, am i correct? How long you all think it will take to become proper (provided if the SEO works properly). Is it feasible to rework in this domain or to create new domain and start there ?

    Thanks so much for assistance.

It's hard to say how long it will take to fix.. the criteria is Google's and they don't share it. Do as much as you can to extract yourself from link farms.. but one important think is not to link TO them as that's a tell-tale sign.
