This list will really help in link building efforts. I have seen many of these blogs listed listed here to give good effect. Just be sure to double-check for dofollow before investing your time on them just in case as we know, sometimes their settings are changed and set to nofollow.

How do you check if they are new follow?

To make sure they are follow, just look at the existing links and see if they have 'nofollow' in them. Some of the seo plugins for firefox also can help you to spot follow and nofollow links. I think the seo for firefox plugin does it.

If you do blogging in order to get and generate massive traffic, you should consider do follow blogs with a high page rank because on these sites you can get good backlinks,anyway thanks for sharing some good list of blogs.
