how a blank page gets on the first page of google ?

Hi first of all im not afiliated with these sites , i just typed in on google.co.uk

ifa job

on the first page of results it shows a blank page which says centaur 2 test page as its title.

if i click source or cached it still shows blank html.

if i click the site (which is in the format http://webaddress.co.uk

nothing comes up

but if i add the www so that its http://www.webaddress.co.uk it gets redirected to a site that is a couple of rows higher on the rankings.


it must be something to do with the redirect

but why doesnt that work without the www ?
and why is google able to list a blank page in preference to all the other relevant p[ages with content ??
