How would google know if your url is a on printed card?
If you type in a url then google has no way of knowing where it comes from. Perhaps there's an argument for saying that the more type in direct urls you get (with people having the google toolbar to monitor this) then *that* might be an influence on ranking - but business card is not the identifyer here.
