If the answer was as simple as the question... Learn SEO, create loads of backlinks, make your site trusted by others. Won't happen overnight. If you are really serious, read my e-book. You need to have a stron SEO and quality backlinks continously. But nobody has Google's exact algorithm in hand. We can only help.
