It's the url with some useful links (mostly with titles and description) that may be relevant to your website. Your visitor too will feel the benefit of those links to learn more.

At the same time, the site owner of the "reciprocal url", would expect for link exchange in return to their interest of placing other's links on their web page. Normally, the reciprocal url deserves a good page rank but that alone is not enough, relevancy is very important.

The reciprocal url is usually named as " reciprocalurl.html, reciprocallink.html, link.html, resources.html, linkexchange.html, etc.,
