Yesterday Indexed in Webmasters Tools - Today they're not!

Any one have a logical repsonse to this little issue:

Yesterday - 15 URLS Indexed , today 0.

There was only 15 that appeared 'Indexed' as I made an issue when I changed my permalinks which saw all URLS indexed, diminish obviously to 0. Since then (about 6 weeks ago) it's been taking what seems like for ever to get W tools to show them as indexed.

Then today this happened out of the blue.

I still rank in the SERPS though as before.

Something to be worried about?

It was a glitch. I got this on every site today - checked the index and everything was fine.
Webmaster tools does get a liitle glitchy now and then.
to check what pages are actually indexed do a site search
"site:yoursite.com"
