I'm a merchant and can potentially swap links with high quality sites in the home and garden sector.

Criteria are high because link swapping is not a major part of our link building campaign - if no one meets the criteria then we won't do the swap.

As a rough guide you will need;
Over 100 domains linking to you
Have a record of only linking out to decent sites
A trust metric of 3.5 or higher (we're measuring it using SEOMoz OSE )
A trustworthy brand image - so nothing that looks spammy

These aren't set in stone and if we think you would be genuinely useful to our customers we'd link out anyway.
