Different results, different ips

It's looking like for the past week or so the db that we're connecting to in the office is significanlty different to the db's that each of us see from our home pc's.

For those that use machines in different locations do you see different serps in google for your main kw's??

Two things seem to make a difference.

1 - The ISP you use to connect to the net

2 - The way they are load balancing their data centres at the moment seems to throw up various results even if you simply refresh the SERPS.
