    Seems to be the time of year for the search engines to start releasing "top search term" lists.

    Spotted a couple so far - so thought I'd post them here:

    Lycos : http://50.lycos.com/120705.asp

    Thought it particular interesting that there is zero overlap in the overall top10 of these two engines.

    You can tell they are American SE results as the AOL one includes the 10 ten hurricanes, denims and diets!

    Its direct translation is 'Spirit of the time', that sort of means time ghost, I guess...

    zeitgeist is also used to mean "ghost page" in printing.

    As in the last page that was printed using a drum or silk screen.
