Account Offline everytime I change something

Hi,

I'm so frustrated with Google. Since of 2 weeks ago my account is going under review every day. First it was like when I changed something, about 1 or two hours later my account went offline. Last week it went even worse, I make a change to my ad text or url and my entire account goes offline. Under Review they call it !

The error message I get when using the ad diagostic tool is that my campaign exceeded it's daily budget.

This is ridiculous, I spend about 40k a month and suddenly this happens.
Last night I lowered my cpc. I see just now, that I'm receiving so little clicks so I check again. UNDER REVIEW !

It's *&^#@ weekend !!

When I talk to google about this they say, your account was under review, this is normal procedure

Sure... normal procedure

Has this occured to others before and how to solve this ?

If you look through the threads on this forum you will see that a number of people have had their accounts put 'under review'

As to what can be done to solve it - probably nothing - it's just Google being Google....

But those are just ordinary under review activities.
Mine sometimes happens 4 times a day, that ofcourse is ridiculous.

For example, since they won't work in the weekend. My account will be offline from Saturday to Monday, just because I lowered my CPC.

And this mess just started since 2 weeks ago, it never happened to me before. And I don't notice other advertisers on the same keywords having those problems.

So why is it that some do have these problems and some don't ?
