I have a concern over this .. ...

Google Adsense does not allows Porn ads where as google Adwords does.

Plase check the links for live ads.

now i have worked in ppc in past but not actully on porn sites, so i would like to know that for an porn site account is the contextual ads not allowed that is content ads, as in usual account we do have an option for both the types.

I know that both are all together seperate identities but if Adsense can't allow this considring the suitability of users why does Adword's having it.

Please let me know i would like to have words from all the experts here..

As far as I am aware you can only bid PPC for keywords etc but you cannot advertise Google ads displaying adult links and thereby earn revenue. This means that all advertising comes solely from the search engine through searches.

I run adult sites and if using PPC that's fine (but very expensive for certain keyphrases etc) but I believe you cannot display any google ads which are adult oriented.
