Has anyone built a site on an eu yet and if so how has it faired in google?

No, but there's no page at google.eu so they're not that interested.

Yes I saw that it was dead. Google give the isle of man an engine but not dot eu, there must be big money being paid by brussels to get google to do a good job at advertising the new united states of europe, it's the only explanation.

Its just I have .co.uk / .net and .eu but not the .com so was contemplating going with .eu but have decided on .net instead and along the way I may try and buy the .com for the full set.
