Natural listing with multi links, how?

The style listing I am talking about can be found in these examples:

Am unsure how you can get a listing like this but another SEO player close to one of my sites has recived a multi link listing.

Not sure if it has something to do with Google Sitemaps or Google Analytics from google spying or some form of payment to Google :]

Can anyone show some light on this matter how you recive a listing like this, please?

I think it's offered to site sthat google consider as very useful. There are people on this forum who have the same on their own sites but I htink the only way to get it is to offer a site with loads of information that is well respected.

Hi

One of the sites I work on has such multi-link listings
for a few keyword searches on Google, and we did
nothing apart from (hopefully!) providing good content.
