When you create or edit a campaign, you are asked;
Will run until:

If I put 30 Setpember 2006, will the campaign run until 11.59pm on 30 September or 12.01am on 30 September?

The campaign will end on your chosen end date at 11:59 PM in the time zone that you have chosen for your account.
