No, but I did have automatic Google Toolbar update last night which gave me a Google Bookmarks button, plus I am now seeing Google Suggestions when I use the Google search box in the Toolbar.

Yes I got the same when I typed in 'deafness' to Google - don't know how long it's been there...
I've noticed it a few times too but also mostly (or maybe only) on medical searches.
Isn't this something to do with Goolge Personalised Search?
I.e. Create Bookmarks you can access anywhere
