To all You experts:
My question is: Should anyone want a reciprical link to get out of suppliment results or to improve there pr. Is this the best way by asking here to achieve this.
Any help much appreciated as just about all my pages are in suppliment.

It's not that easy unfortunately! There are a number of reasons you could be in the supplemental - the top 2 you should focus on are quality one way deep links and page content (quality relevant reciprocal links won't do you any harm either but the positive effects may be small). You should also note that over the past could of weeks, google has been dancing almost constantly so there has been a lot of flux and the site: operator has been 'broken' (toward the end of last week a search for site:anywebsiteatall.com returned most pages as being 'supplemental'. This seems to have been rectified now but there is still a little flux.
