Dispite the policy, has anyone noticed certain adds that are being double served on Google to force persons away from the No 1 position?

there's always jokers double serving, some to the same site with a fake display url.. others with more thought.

my fave today is tripadvisor .. they are not after the top spots but lower down.. spot the difference between :

http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Rev...ts-Paphos.html

and

http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Hotel_R...ts-Paphos.html

one's a .co.uk the other is .com and both are advertising on adwords on the same keywords

might be a few words different ie, vacation instead of holiday, a comma before boston in the upper left column, "View" candid photos" on one and no view, just candid photos on the other, rating box explained on one but not the other, !?.. VERY minor differences, it's blatantly duplicate content

both domains and almost identical pages are showing on the same search terms mostly
