No, but that site looks more like a keyword stuffed aff site than a "real" consultant site. That's not to say the guy doesn't know his stuff - some of the articles are quite good, and he obviously has some grasp of how to pick off terms

It's a wordpress site if that makes any difference these days.

And fair play to the guy. He's 4th on Google.com for the term SEO Consultant Services, but only when you wrap it in quotes - I couldn't be arsed finding where he was when you don't add the quotes.
