Never argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and then beat you with their experience.
If ignorance is bliss then some of the people I know must be orgasmic.
Your website is #1 in google.com and .co.uk for "best phone shop" keyword. For which keyword you have lost your position in google.

Thanks, Yes that is just because of our domain name. Earlier it was ranking on top keywords like "Mobile Phones", "Mobile phone offers" etc. At present these keywords are not available on top 100 even. And overall traffic is also 10% only. We have lost 90% of the traffic.![]()
As I mentioned on another post tonight, if you haven't already got a Google Webmaster Tools, then you should create one ASAP (for free at www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ ).
If you have been penalised, it should be displayed in there, and you can submit a reinclusion request, which if your lucky can be dealt with very quickly (had one of my sites banned for hidden text and was back within 2 days of submitting the request).
However, it may be just a google reindex. I`ve seen it many times on my sites. You can be at a really good position, and then out of the blue the site falls massively down the search results. It can last for 2 - 7 days in my experience, and then goes back to where it was before, or for me usually in a better position.
If there is nothing in the webmaster tools to say whats happening, wait a week or so and it may come back on its own. If it doesn't you`ll have to go through your content and SEO and see why you`ve fallen.
Unless you've had a temporary indexing glitch due to a very recent redesign / republish, you're under a near ban.
I don't know where you've been getting your SEO advice from, but I see some dodgy old skool techniques in there, and you just don't have the juice to make them work.
Also, if you're who I think you are, I did warn you (or at least people in your organisation) that you were playing a dangerous game, and were likely to get burned about 6 months ago. I take no pleasure in being right, but I think your whole network is either toast, or will be soon
