I've got a question regarding the All in One SEO plugin for WP. I've filled in the generic options, but should I be giving each page and post I write its own individual meta data too.
I'm slightly worried that the extra meta data placed in each post coupled with the generic information for the website may cause Google to start penalising me.
Any thoughts would be welcome.

The latest version (1.4.5.3 I think?) includes an "auto generate" meta description.
I tend to leave the title blank and let WP do it's stuff.
Whilst Google doesn't use the meta stuff much, the others do and even if that's only 20% of total search traffic, it's more than nowt!
