The important thing with a press release is that it has to have 'news' value
What is 'news' value will vary from one situation to the next but generally are you:
a) doing something that has never been done before? - no disrespect but looking at your sites the answer to this is no.
b) doing something better than it has ever been done before? - again no disrespect but again the answer is no (particulary your mobile site which appears to just be a white label)
c) offering something not available elsewhere? - again I suspect no
d) offering something with a local angle? - possibly - could be worth sending a press release to your local newspaper / radio station and see if they are interested.
Other than that, personally with those two sites I wouldn't bother with press releases as you've got nothing to grab a journalist's attention.
Even if you have news value, you have to accept that 90% of press releases will never get read and of those that do get read 90% will find their way in to the trash bin - and that's assuming you have a good news angle in the first place. That's why PR agencies (or good ones) command high fees - their skill is in a) building one to one relationships with journalists and editors and b) finding a news angle in the most mundane story.
