Free SEO Website That Is Giving Your Site A PR - Legit???

After searching the internet for a bit today I found that quite a few websites have a link quite close to the saying example.qassia.com.

I have setup an account with them and this is basically what your page looks like and you can slightly customize it and add more reviews (Intel as Qassia call it):

As you can see, it is a very simple page which makes me quite skeptic that this will actually take over my site in the search engines and then I will be getting more visitors to my qassia page who I will earn less from than if they come to my site.

The example you gave is not a subdirectory... it's a subdomain... subdirectory looks like quassia.com/yoursite
