google had decided to only index four of my pages after having them all indexed for ages now, I can't understand why they have done that, any ideas??
Emma
If it's your TV football site then I see 25 pages indexed in G.co.uk
There is a Canonical error with the htaccess... You can access via www and non www, which usually is throws a bit a error with Google sometimes.
This may sort its self out in time, I`ve seen many times Google drop almost all pages from the index for a couple of weeks, and then they all reappear again.
It seems to be part of their indexing process, and usually a shake up of the results happens afterwards.
Wait and see what happens for a bit, i`ve seen people panic by this process and make changes which further damages their rankings when everything would of have been fine if they'd just waited.
At the moment there seems to be a lot going on at Google, a lot of the times its best to wait and take stock of the situation before you act.
Hey Emma,

Quick tip - you should really choose between having your pages indexed with or without the www... currently Live Football on the TV - where and when to watch live Football on TV and Live Football on the TV - where and when to watch live Football on TV are both indexable by google, so you could get into trouble with duplicate content filters and all that.
Best thing to do is to create a .htaccess file, and stick the following code into it, then upload it to your root:
That will redirect any requests to the 'www' version of your site.Code:RewriteEngine on Rewritecond %{http_host} ^footballonthetv.co.uk [nc] Rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.footballonthetv.co.uk/$1 [r=301,nc]
Cheers,
Hugh

as it happens, over night google has indexed more pages and I now have a page rank of 3 instead of 0!
