    Hi,

I am thinking about using the htaccess to hide affiliate links on the url so it looks like they link to part of my website but I was wondering if google would penalize me for doing this?

    Hey

This is standard practice within the affiliate industry, once you've redirected them, block the links using your robots.txt file, you won't be penalised for doing this.
